I thought I might start doing a quick introduction to each market so that you can have a sneak peek at all the wonderful businesses who are taking part in the online market!
It will give you a chance to have a browse, follow them on social media and form a shopping list for market day! However remember some of the businesses may be offering special offers, freebies or discounts so it’s worth waiting until next Friday to do any actual shopping …
On Friday 21st May twelve small businesses will be getting involved in the Get Crafty online market. Each of the businesses creates and sells things that will inspire you to get creative… so let’s see what they have to offer!
Ali Sharman Handweaver
Ali designs and weaves tweed by hand as well as commissioning short runs of cloth using mills in Yorkshire and the Scottish Borders. Her Howgill Cloth range uses traceable wool sourced from flocks that roam the Yorkshire Dales and Cumbrian fells. She also uses leftover yarn reclaimed from industry.
